In our recent project for our client, we performed a comprehensive Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of a proposed Polyhouse structure to ensure its structural integrity under various load conditions.
Scope of Work
Our scope was to evaluate the structural integrity of the Polyhouse by analyzing stress and deformation patterns under different load conditions:
Finite Element Modelling
Using the provided CAD model, we generated a finite element model and performed stress and deformation analysis.

Conclusion
The analysis confirmed that the Polyhouse columns have an average factor of safety (FOS) of 1.2 or higher under both loading conditions, meeting acceptance criteria for static and infrequent loads. No structural failures were observed, and most stresses were localized.
